When I was a kid, I used to eat a lot of healthy and traditional vegetables every day. But sadly, that’s not the case today. Nowadays, we see many health issues like malnutrition in children and complications during pregnancy in women.

Thinking about the reasons behind this, many parents realized that the situation was due to a lack of time to clean and cook nutritious vegetables and greens, as both parents are often working for financial reasons.
